In 2018, I took the initiative to sow the seeds of the Growable Farmer Producer company in Nashik. Despite my childhood dream of becoming an engineer and pursuing an engineering degree, I found myself drawn towards a different path after completing my education. The prospect of working in a typical engineering job in a commercial setting didn't resonate with my heart and mind. We have a son and a soil that not many countries have. Our soil is indeed worth its weight in gold. However, there exists a significant challenge that hinders the progress of our farmers—illiteracy. It became clear to me that addressing this issue was vital for the prosperity of our farming community. Today, we are proud to have over 500 farmers working with us, each of them confident that their products will find buyers.
