We are focused on exporting fruits and vegetables grown in and around Maharashtra, India, and have established several partnerships with buyers across multiple countries.

1) Mr. Rupesh M . kanse
(Founder & CMD)
Our Founder and CMD ,Mr. Rupesh Kanse who has 10 years of experience in food processing from harvesting to packing. He is an exceptional individual who stands out for his exceptional intelligence, unwavering work ethic, and focused approach to achieving success.
His inspiring journey is a testament to his dedication and hard work, which have earned him a wealth of experience and expertise in his field at a young age.
As an Electrical Engineer from the Shri Sant Gajanan Maharaj college of Engineering in Shegaon, he honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of his profession. He went on to pursue an MBA in marketing, which allowed him to expand his knowledge and develop a strategic perspective that would serve him well in his future endeavor's.
Before becoming the Director of Rakhumai Engineering, Rupesh worked as a project Mmanager at Adam Fabriwork in Nashik, where he gained valuable experience in managing large-scale projects. He has since established himself as a leader in the food industry, delivering turnkey projects to clients with unparalleled precision and efficiency.
Mr. Rupesh's areas of competence include the projects of IQF of frozen, frozen fruits, dehydration and solar dehydration, Retort, aseptic line processing equipment, cold storage, and process line facility.
2) Miss.Bhumika R Bire
Sales Director ( UAE)
Bhumika,Sales Director, is a strong personality with her opinion-ions and who can always inspire everyone by her journey . She is daughter of strong farmer who is engineered in his own farming techniques.
She has over 8years of experience in procuring the best quality materials at the best prices, which has helped to grow the business. She has gained expertise in Chemicals/Biochemicals by working as a techno commercial buyer for companies in India and UAE.She has a deep understanding of market requirements and is skilled in supply and demand analysis.
She understood her responsibility to influence the future of Indian farmers, and felt it was particularly important as someone who grew up on a farm herself.
2) Mr. Sudarshan Sangale
Technical Director
Mr. Sudarshan holds a mechanical engineering degree with a strong focus on equipment knowledge and expertise.
Having accumulated five years of experience in the pharmaceutical and food industry, he has gained valuable skills in equipment selection, performance testing, and maintenance. He is well-versed in conducting DQ, IQ and OQ, as well as implementing preventive maintenance and servicing of production and utility equipment. This background has equipped him with a deep understanding of the importance of high-quality and reliable equipment in ensuring operational efficiency and product consistency.
Beyond his engineering expertise, Mr. Sudarshan also brings a unique perspective as a farmer's son, fuelling his passion for agriculture and the economic growth of farmers. His prinsiples and vision align with that of our Founder and CMD, Mr. Rupesh Kanse, who shares a long-term goal of farmer development.
